Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person; it’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings your learning to observe them without judgement. Eventually you will gain a better understanding of them.
The health benefits alone include better focus and concentration, improved self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety while fostering loving kindness within you.

Meditation has benefits for physical health. It has shown can improve tolerance for pain and help fight substance abuse from a completely different angle.

Today, EFT, meditation and gratitude are an essential part of life. 

EFT, acronym for Emotional Freedom Techniques, is part of Energy Psychology. It is a holistic, body/mind form of psychological acupressure (without needles, yay!) and is also known as ‘tapping’ because the technique involves tapping gently on parts of the face and body.

When we tap on certain meridian endpoints while focusing on the problem we want to deal with, we can unblock, and release buried emotions and remove limiting beliefs we might have been carrying around for decades. When we change these erroneous beliefs, things start changing.

As the saying goes, “Whether you believe you can or you believe you can’t, you’re right!”

Theta Healing is an energy healing meditation technique utilising a spiritual philosophy for improvement and evolvement of mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to clear limiting beliefs and create new ones.
