We want people to enjoy exercise, to reach their goals and more importantly to help have a happier and healthier mind. Working with people that experience anxiety, depression and mental health issues or even if you just want to get that right mind set and lack confidence. Team Bear Fitness are professional Personal Trainers who have been through that hurdle and can relate to what you’re going through.

The benefits of sport and physical activity on our mental health are endless: improved mood, decreased chance of depression and anxiety, and a better and more balanced lifestyle.


Our personal trainers are still working as usual with smaller class sizes to adhere to the current government guidance due to COVID-19.

I am co-director and head personal trainer of Team Bear Fitness. I decided to become a personal trainer having experienced anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress disorder myself. During my recovery I found an escape and time for me through exercise. Exercise has played a vital role on my road to recovery and still is as important to this day. I want to use my experience, skills, knowledge, and the journey I have been on and still am to help others.

We care about our clients and believe that there is nothing more important than being happy with yourself. We know mental health can affect you day to day, one minute you can be happy and loving life the next you can be sad, emotional, and not even able to get up out of bed.

We want to support our clients either taking their first steps towards their journey or are already on a journey and those who sometimes just need someone to listen to them. We will help our clients discover the benefits of exercise not just physically but mentally too. It’s not just about physical or mental health, you need both to be a healthy you.

We understand that a gym environment can be daunting, intimidating, and scary but Team Bear Fitness’ studio has been designed so that you will be more comfortable. A safe haven. We offer 1-2-1 personal training and small classes of 6.
