Meditation Mondays are starting here at Newbury Wellness centre from 20th September 2021. They will be limited to 8 people, informative and fun.
We hear so much about Mindfulness in the media and how it can help us? well it can in my opinion, however like all things we need to take some time to apply a daily practice, and over a short period of time YOU WILL notice a change, this change works from the inside out.
Most Yoga venues now incorporate Meditation into their practice as the Yoga and movement assists the body to prepare to surrender to the present moment. Even though slowly but surely there is more and more evidence showing up for a regular practice of meditation people are happy to turn on the TV, than spending 10 minutes in silence.
Can you imagine if everyone did just that? I am leaving you with that final thought,
